Hero has launched an all-new scooter for the Indian market called the Destini 125. The deliveries of this scooter will commence from Diwali. The scooter is very appealing and gets many features.
The long list of Destini 125’s feature includes an auto headlamp, rear mounted external fuel cap, illuminated boot, onboard charging port and a semi-digital instrument cluster. The Destini 125 is available in five colour options – red, brown, black, silver and white.
The scooter sits on blacked out 10-inch wheels on either end which are wrapped around by 90/100 R10 profile tyres. The new scooter comes equipped with the smart start/stop technology from the Splendor i3s. The kerb weight of the scooter is 111.5 kg. The Hero’s Integrated Braking System is standard on this scooter but it misses out on disc brakes which are not even offered as an option.
Powering the scooter is a 124.6cc single cylinder engine which produces 8.7 BHP and 10.2 Nm of torque. The Destini 125 is priced at Rs. 54,650/- for LX variant and Rs. 57,500/- for VX variant both prices ex-showroom. The scooter takes on the likes of Honda Activa 125, Honda Grazia, TVS NTorq 125, Suzuki Access 125 and Suzuki Burgman Street 125.
Bookings for the new made-in-India JeetX ZE e-scooter will commence on May 10, 2024.
