The car will initially only be sold to existing Skoda/Volkswagen customers.

To get existing Rapid, Octavia, Volkswagen Vento and Jetta customers to upgrade to a Superb, Skoda has now launched a Corporate edition of its Superb.

The car is priced at Rs 23.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India), and is based on the Superb Style variant, which comes with a 1.8-litre petrol engine that makes 180hp. The sole gearbox on offer is a 6-speed manual. You can only get the car in a single “Candy white” paint shade.

This version has the same tech as the Style variant. It gets beige leather seats, xenon headlamps, a panoramic sunroof and a powered driver’s seat. The company will sell this trim to existing VW group customers for now, and maybe open it up to regular buyers soon.
