Please read these rules before entering the Droom.in VR Headset Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Sweepstakes eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY:

If you are an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter the Sweepstakes beginning at 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) each day from 16th June, 2016 to 30th June, 2016 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter the contest, follow the below mentioned steps:

Entry method:

(1) Go to Droom App Page: www.droom.in/app

(2) Enter your details in the columns provided

(3) Click on download button provided which will be redirected to Google Playstore or app store

(4) Download our app & register

(5) Send your mobile snapshot to contests@droom.in

(6) Eligible participants will be selected at random from all entries at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

(7) These participants will win the VR Headset.

Limit one entry per person through the above mentioned procedure. You shall not use multiple Facebook accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, and a participant/ user who submits entries through multiple accounts will be disqualified.

Note: Only complete entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be considered

MAILING LIST:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Droom.in/Droom Technology Pvt Ltd. You may update or change your email preferences at the Email preferences page.

OTHER PROMOTIONS:

Please note that we may be running other contests at the same time as this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to receive any prize awarded in any other contests unless you enter each contest separately.

PRIZES:

There is a total of 1 VR Headset that will be given as part of the contest. Any graphics of the prize as depicted in any communication regarding this Sweepstakes are for representation purposes only. The actual prizes may differ in colour and appearance.

PRIZE DRAWING:

All participants that have taken part in the Sweepstakes will be entered into a random drawing. We will pick winners every Thursday till Sweepstakes ends. We will notify each potential winner by e-mail within 5 business days following the drawing, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification. Each prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Limit one prize package per person for a total of 1 Sweepstakes winners.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that follow the steps outlined in the ‘how to enter’ section above. Each entrant is eligible to win only once.

ADDITIONAL TERMS:

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or submission of entries. We are not responsible for:

(a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries

(b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes

(c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website

(d) injury or damage to your or any other computer resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website

(e) Winners will be required to share their identity proof to claim the prize

(f) acting in violation of these rules

(g) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If any technical errors occur in the selection of potential prize winners or if more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided in these Official Rules, we may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you give Droom Technology Pvt Ltd the permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the Droom.in contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. You agree that Droom.in/Droom Technology Pvt Ltd have the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Droon.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd have complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the Internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release the Droom.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use. You give your consent to Droom.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd and/or its agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Droom.in contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

LIABILITY RELEASE:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Droom.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd, and any of its employees or agents representing or related to the company and its products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of promotional prize, in connection with any activity or accommodations for this promotion or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by our negligence. Once Droom.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd has fulfilled the prize distribution as per the contest rules and regulations, no further liability may be held against its employees or agents. You further agree to abide by all contest rules and regulations, as posted with the contest rules and made available on the company website. Further, you agree to bear all the personal taxation that might arise out of the winnings from this contest and shall not look to Droom.in/ Droom Technology Pvt Ltd, and any of its employees or agents for payment of the same and/or any dispute arising from the same.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The Sweepstakes and all accompanying materials are © 2016 by Droom Technology Pvt Ltd, or its affiliates. All rights reserved. If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. We may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. You agree that our decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all drawings are final.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:

After we confirm the winner, we will post the winner's name for a particular day’s Sweepstakes on Droom Facebook page and Droom Twitter handle by the next day. An email would also be sent out to the email id used by the winner to participate in the Sweepstakes.

All information submitted in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Droom’s Privacy Policy.
