Recently, the first batch of the 2021 RE Himalayan was delivered to the owners

The 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan was launched last week at an introductory price of Rs 2.01 lakh (ex-showroom) in the Indian market. Now, we have learnt that the deliveries of the adventure motorcycle have commenced across the country. Recently, the first batch of the bikes was delivered to the owners. The 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan on-road price in Delhi for Mirage Silver and Gravel Grey colours is Rs 2.36 lakh while the Lake Blue, Rock Red and Granite Black paint shades are priced at Rs 2.40 lakh, followed by the range-topping Pine Green color which retails at Rs 2.44 lakh.

The 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan is nearly Rs 10,000 more expensive than its predecessor. The company has also introduced the Make It Yours (MiY) personalization program for enhanced convenience of the owners across all the channels - be it the RE App, be it the website and or the dealerships. The MiY package includes an array of accessories such as touring mirror kit, comfort seats, handlebar brace and pad, aluminium panniers and mounting kits. However, the major talking point about the new motorcycle is the addition of Royal Enfield Tripper with real-time directions and turn-by-turn navigation pod. Being compatible with the Google Maps platform, it debuted with the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 last year.

Royal Enfield Motorcycles is on a launching spree as far as the Indian market is concerned. It will be introducing a new product every three months in the 250cc - 750cc motorcycle segments. The first one of the lot would be the New-Gen Royal Enfield Classic 350 which will be launched during April 2021. Post that, the company will launch the Interceptor 350 Facelift and a New Cruiser 650 in the country. One can also expect the arrival of facelifted versions of Interceptor 650 and Continental 650 by the end of this year in India. So, as you can see, it is going to be a very busy year ahead for the Chennai-based automaker and the biking enthusiasts can look forward to a plethora of new and exciting products.
