Both the G 310 R and G 310 GS were shown at the 2018 Auto Expo and they will be built at TVS’ plant in Hosur, India. Just like TVS’ Apache RR 310, the G 310 R and G 310 GS feature a 313cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder unit that makes 34hp of power and 28Nm and is paired to a six-speed gearbox. The GS gets ABS that can be disengaged.

The G 310 R costs around Rs 57,000 more than its rival, the KTM 390 Duke. The G 310 GS, at Rs 3.49 lakh, doesn’t face direct competition, yet, that is until the 390 Adventure makes its way here.
