Harley Davidson has launched its new Street Rod 750 here at ₹5.86 lakh. An updated version of the Street Rod, the 750 follows a more solid approach. Fitted with a High Output Revolution X 750 V-twin engine, the Street Rod is geared up to be one mean machine. The bike makes use of a new chassis geometry and gets 17-inch front and rear wheels to make the steering more responsive. On the braking front, the Street Rod is fitted with dual 300mm front discs and ABS as standard. The Rod will be available in three different shades - Vivid Black, Charcoal Denim and Olive Gold.
Bookings for the bike are already open whereas test drives will begin from April 21. Harley Davidson India has sold a total of 3,373 units in the April 2016-February 2017 period and hopes that the launch of the 2017 Harley-Davidson Street Rod 750 will improve sales numbers considerably.
