The off-road bike enthusiasts in India are excited as the global-spec variant of the KTM 390 Enduro R is finally available in India. The original global variant has a longer suspension and higher ground clearance than the India-spec variant.
The direct off-road focused competitors of the KTM 390 Enduro R include the Kawasaki KLX 300R and Honda CRF300L.
The global-spec dual-sport bike has been launched in India at Rs. 3.53 lacs (ex-showroom), and it is approximately Rs. 17,000 more expensive than the India-specific version.
Interested people can book the bike through KTM India's official website, or you can visit your nearest authorized KTM dealership to place an order.
KTM initially launched an "India-specific" version of the 390 Enduro R in April 2025. This version had toned-down suspension travel (200-205mm) and a lower seat height (860mm) compared to the international model
This India-specific launch faced considerable criticism from serious off-road enthusiasts and media due ot its reduced suspension travel and ground clearance.
The newly launched international-spec version of the 390 Enduro R has a full-length suspension and higher ground clearance.
