Jeep Compass special editions revealed for Geneva Motor Show debut

Jeep is all geared up to showcase a wide array of new products at the Geneva Motor Show next month. These include multiple special edition models on display including the new ‘S’ range and few custom vehicles wearing Mopar parts. Some of the products to debut at the show include the Cherokee Trailhawk, the Compass Night Eagle, special edition Wranglers and the new ‘S’ range comprised of the Renegade, Compass, Cherokee and Grand Cherokee.

The Compass also gets the ‘S’ treatment. It gets a two-tone Peal White exterior with a black roof and new 19-inch Low Gloss Granite Crystal wheels, this finish has been provided to the badges, front grille, fog lamp outer bezels, lower fascia applique and signature daylight opening surrounds as well. Tech includes the same 8.4-inch nav system as the Renegade, along with Bi-Xenon headlights, automatic high beams, power tailgate, Adaptive Cruise Control, Beats sound system and electric 8-way seats.

The SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre Multijet engine mated to a nine-speed automatic gearbox and four-wheel drive that generates 170 PS of power. Other engine options include a 1.4-litre petrol with 140 PS or 170 PS, a 1.6-litre Multijet II with a 6-speed manual gearbox with 120 PS and a 2.0-litre Multijet II with 140 or 170 PS paired to a 9-speed auto. Customers outside of Europe will also get an option of a 2.4-litre petrol unit with either 150 PS or 175 PS mated to a nine-speed automatic gearbox along with AWD

The Compass Night Eagle is for customers who want their Compass to stand out from the crowd. It gets a Gloss Black grille, fog lights and headlight bezels, 19-inch wheels, a dedicated Night Eagle badge and a Laser Blue exterior with a black roof.

The interiors get cloth and techno-leather combination seats, an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen system, ParkView rear camera with dynamic grid and rear parking assistance. It is powered by a 1.4-litre petrol engine mated to a manual transmission that generates 140 PS. The Jeep Compass Night Eagle is already available in dealerships across Europe.
