The ownership cost of the Kawasaki Ninja 300 has drastically come down since the Japanese motorcycle maker has reduced the pricing of the parts significantly. Kawasaki has been criticised heavily by the Indian motorcycle buyers for their expensive parts and maintenance. Recently a dealership shared a price list of the parts and the difference is massive.
There is a huge price reduction in the fairing of both the sides of the bikes. Previously, the fairing for each side retailed for Rs. 52,280/- but now the price has been reduced to a whopping Rs. 5270/-. The front disc brake has also seen a massive cut from Rs. 28,460/- to just Rs. 2100/-, which is commendable.
Overall the price of the bike has also reduced a lot thanks to the local assembly in India. Earlier Kawasaki was offering the Ninja 300 as a CBU, importing it directly, which means high taxes. The Japanese bike maker is now making the parts more affordable, which means they are sourcing these parts locally for such an attractive price.
