The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 luxury model has recently become quite famous among Bollywood actors.

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has recently bought a brand-new Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600. The actor and his wife, Mira Rajput, became proud owners of the swanky Mercedes car, which is priced at INR 3.5 crore (ex-showroom). Auto Hangar Mercedes-Benz shared a picture of Shahid and Mira on social media. In the picture, the couple can be seen standing next to their new luxury SUV. Apart from Shahid Kapoor, several Bollywood actors also own the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, including Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon, Ranveer Singh, Neetu Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, and Aditya Roy Kapoor. The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 luxury model has recently become quite famous among Bollywood actors.

Actor Shahid Kapoor also added a Mercedes-Maybach S580 to his garage on his 41st birthday. The Bollywood actor owns various vehicles, including the Mercedes-Benz S400, Harley-Davidson Fatboy, Mercedes-Benz ML-Class, Porsche Cayenne GTS, Mercedes-Benz GL-Class, and Land Rover Range Rover Vogue.

The GLS 600 SUV is based on the outgoing Mercedes-Benz GLS. The GLS 600 comes with the Maybach treatment, and it gets a whole new opulence for the buyers. The luxury car includes elements like 22-inch alloy wheels, new LED headlamps, chrome inserts on the B-pillar, the Maybach logo on the D-pillar, and an all-chrome Maybach grille.

The GLS 600 is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 bi-turbo engine that churns out 542 bhp and a peak torque of 730 Nm. The unit is mated to a 48-volt EQ Boost mild-hybrid drive that incorporates 21 bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. All four wheels in the SUV drive power through the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system and 9G-TRONIC AT transmission. The GLS 600 can sprint from 0-100 kmph in just 4.9 seconds, along with a top speed of 250 kmph, which is electronically limited.

The automaker offers the Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 in 4- and 5-seater configurations. The 4-seater gets captain seats and provides more comfort to the passengers. The luxury SUV gets a refrigerator, reclining seats, ventilated seats, a massaging function, a panoramic sunroof, and ambient lighting.
