Tata launches AMT version of the Nexon

The AMT option is offered on both 110hp, 1.5 petrol and 110hp, 1.5 diesel engines.

The AMT version of the Nexon ir priced at Rs 9.41 lakh for the petrol and Rs 10.3 lakh for the diesel (ex-showroom, Delhi). You can only get the car in one single top-spec XZA+ trim and bookings are currently set at Rs 11,000.

You get a new dual-tone, orange and silver exterior finish as well for this car. The six-speed AMT comes paired to the 110hp/170Nm, 1.5-litre, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol and the 110hp/260Nm, 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engines. There are multiple drive modes to pick from, namely Eco, City and Sport. You also get hill-assist and a creep function for heavy traffic.

The car comes with the same kit as the top manual XZ+ trims – you get projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, front fog lamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, 60:40 split folding rear seats, a Harman-sourced 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and a wearable smart key.
