The four-day ride through Himachal Pradesh is to commemorate 750 Tiger customers in India.

Triumph Motorcycles with its Tiger 800 and 1200 range of adventure bikes has taken the adventure touring segment by storm. Recently, the company crossed a landmark figure of 750 Tigers sold in India. The Tiger Trails ride was organised to celebrate this achievement.

Riders will traverse through some extremely picturesque routes in Himachal Pradesh over a period of four days. The ride starts at Mashobra, and then goes through Narkanda, over some challenging terrain and the Jalori pass into the scenic Kullu valley, finally landing in Manali.

Vimal Sumbly, managing director, Triumph Motorcycles India, who flagged off the ride, said, “The Triumph Tiger has been pivotal in building the adventure riding category and culture in India and is currently the market leader within this fast-growing segment. Our customers are not just Triumph Tiger owners but active riders who already travel extensively but also want to learn the best ways to make the most of their Tigers. The idea behind conducting such training sessions is to pick up from where the Tiger training academy left off, furthering our commitment towards propagating a safe riding culture in India.”

The route involves a mix of tarmac and dirt, and should allow riders to test their bikes full range of abilities.
