Droom Buyer Protection
Droom stands behind each and every buyer with world-class buyer protection program. Commitment fee or full purchase amount, if paid to seller via Droom, is covered by Droom Buyer Protection and the buyer can get full refund of the money paid for Committed Buyers or full transaction amount paid to a seller, via droom.
How Droom Buyer Protection Works?
If a transaction does not close due to the following reasons, buyer gets full refund of the Commitment Fee or the full transaction amount if paid to seller via droom under Buy Now selling formats:
- Wrong Model
- Wrong Trim/ Variant
- Wrong KM Driven
- Wrong Documents
- Wrong Exterior Color (if the color was mentioned)
- Wrong Interior Color (if the color was mentioned)
- Wrong Registration State
- Wrong Features or Options
- Significantly different from Listing Description e.g. Condition, Seller Declaration etc.
- Docuements aren't ready or the item purchased at droom is no longer available with the seller
Benefits of Droom Buyer Protection
Droom does not release commitment fee to the seller unless buyer confirms that the transaction has been closed or does not inform us about any issue after the transaction closure period has expired.
