2018 Lexus ES 300h launched in India, priced at Rs. 59.13 lakhs

Lexus has launched the ES 300h update in India, which is priced at Rs. 59.13 lakhs (ex-showroom).

The Japanese luxury carmaker has launched its seventh generation Lexus ES 300h in India after its global launch five months ago. The Lexus ES 300h is an all-new hybrid sedan in India. The car is made on a completely new platform called GA-K, this platform has helped the car to retain the dynamic yet fluidic design.

The new ES 300h has blended the design and performance in a very beautiful way. The car is now longer and sits lower to the ground. The design is inspired from both LC coupe and LC flagship but gets some unique ES touches like the vertical spindle grille pattern. The slim LED headlamps, chiselled LED taillamps along with distinctive L shaped marker lights complete the exterior of the vehicle.

The interior of the vehicle is done with a supreme level of craftsmanship. There are four colour schemes and three types of trim for the interior. There are two different shades of Shimamoku wood trim on offer along with a light-coloured bamboo. The car gets automatic climate control and seventeen speaker Mark Levinson Pure Play audio system. The semi-aniline seats are heated and adjustable.

The ES 300h also feature a class-leading ten airbags, hill start assist, vehicle stability control and an anti-theft system with break-in and tilt sensors. Powering the ES 300h is a 2.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine which is combined with a fourth generation Lexus Hybrid Drive system. This Euro 6 compliant engine delivers a mileage of 22.37 km/l and a power output of 214.6 HP. The ES 300h will be delivered to the customer in a very unique way. However, to get the vehicle delivered at your place, you will have to pay Rs. 59.13 lakhs (ex-showroom, Pan-India).
