Genesis Motors, a luxury division of Hyundai Motors has unveiled the G90 facelift. The manufacturer has renamed the vehicle from EQ900 to G90 for the global naming policy. The styling has been improvised and it is loaded with technology.
The grille, headlights, taillights and bonnet of the car has been redesigned completely. The turn indicators split the headlights and there are new exhaust tips. The sedan also has an option for 19-inch wheels. The 2020 Genesis G90 will be available in nine exteriors colour options.
The cabin uses premium materials and feels upmarket. The central air vents are now a bit slimmer than before. There is a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with smartphone connectivity and also comes with an intelligent car management service. Active Noise Cancellation, Adaptive Suspension Control with electronic damping and automatic external air prevention are some of the technologies which are present in the car.
Safety features which are included as standard are Lane Follow Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic, Collision-Avoidance Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist and Safe Exit Assist. The upcoming Genesis G90 will be available with three engine options - 3.8-litre GDi, 3.3-litre GDi and 5.0-litre GDi. The top spec 5.0-litre engine will only be available in the Prestige trim while the other two engines will be offered in all the three trims – Luxury, Premium Luxury and Prestige.
