Force Motors have commenced the deliveries of the 2021 Gurkha. The first batch of the new 4X4 SUV has been handed over to the respective owners. 2021 Force Gurkha: Price and Design

The 2021 Force Gurkha was launched in September at a starting price of Rs 13.59 lakhs (ex-showroom). Following this, the bookings had also commenced at a token amount of Rs 25000. In terms of design, the SUV gets several changes. The front fascia of the new Gurkha gets a bold look with the new single slat grille. In addition, it comes with circular bi-LED headlamps, LED DRLs, fog lamps, and turn indicators. Besides this, the SUV gets a functional snorkel that helps it with a water-wading capacity of 700mm. Other design bits include 16-inch alloy wheels with black claddings, a new set of tail lights, and a ladder to access the roof-mounted luggage carriers.


2021 Force Gurkha: Features

Moving inside the cabin of the 2021 Force Gurkha, it comes with all-black theme. Feature-wise, the SUV gets a 7-inch infotainment unit with Apple Carplay & Android Auto connectivity, a three-spoke steering wheel, powered front row windows, a semi-digital instrument cluster, and a fixed large panoramic window for the rear seat passenger.


2021 Force Gurkha: Engine Specifications

Performance-wise, the 2021 Gurkha is powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine that generates a top power of 0 bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. Transmission duty is taken care of by a 5-speed manual gearbox. Furthermore, the new Gurkha comes with an AWD system that further features manually operated, mechanical differential locks on all four wheels. The suspension setup comprises independent double-wishbone upfront and a rigid axle at the rear with coil springs all around.
