The 2021 Honda Amaze facelift is all set to launch on August 18 in the Indian market. However, prior to the official launch, the brochure of the upcoming sedan has been leaked on the internet, courtesy our friends at Rushlane. Needless to say, the official brochure reveals a plethora of changes that will be seen on the sedan. The 2021 Amaze facelift bookings have already commenced online at the company's ‘Honda from Home’ digital channel at a token payment of Rs 5,000 while it can also be booked at the brand's dealerships by paying a sum of Rs 21,000.


2021 Honda Amaze Facelift Design


Going by the leaked brochure, the 2021 Honda Amaze facelift will flaunt automatic projector LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights upfront. The front grille has been restyled too in a slatted pattern instead of the existing honeycomb mesh design with addition of chrome elements in order to offer a refreshed front fascia. In addition, it will also come equipped with LED fog lamps and C-shaped LED tail-lamp cluster while riding on newly designed 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels. On a closer look, the door handles in chrome finish also appear to be new. The rear bumper will boast of reflectors as standard. The exterior color choices are not known yet.

2021 Honda Amaze Facelift Features


The new sedan will be presented with a dual-tone dashboard with Satin Silver accents while seats will be offered in beige upholstery. It will get the latest version of Honda's touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other notable features will include a 7-inch colored TFT instrument cluster, height adjustable driver's seat, cruise control, push start/stop button etc. to mention a few. A special mention goes to the rear multi-view camera which comes with guidelines.

2021 Honda Amaze Facelift Engine

Mechanically, it will be unchanged and retain the same set of petrol and diesel engines, i.e. a 1.2L i-VTEC and a 1.5L i-DTEC. The former will make 89 bhp and 110 Nm while the latter will churn out 99 bhp and 200 Nm. The transmission choices will be a 5-speed manual and a CVT automatic unit. The 2021 Honda Amaze facelift price is expected to start at Rs 6 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom). The production and dealer dispatch of the new sedan has already started.
