Hyundai has been working on a 7-seater version of Creta SUV for the past year or so and now the said vehicle is in the advanced stages of development. In fact, the 2021 Hyundai Creta 7-seater, also referred to as Hyundai Alcaraz by some sections of the media, has been spotted several times as a test mule in South Korea. Recently, it was rendered by digital artist Kleber Silva while he has christened it as the 2021 Hyundai Creta Grand. Hyundai will pitch the Creta 7-seater against the likes of yet-to-be-launched Tata Gravitas and MG Hector Plus in the Indian market.

2021 hyundai creta 7 seater image rendered by Silva shows that it will appear proportionate in its 3-row avatar. Though, it is not entirely based on the testing prototypes but the styling is somewhat inline with the test mules. The only major difference that we could spot between the rendered version and test units was the C-pillar which is finished in black in the rendered version as compared to the test mules that flaunted body colored C-pillars. The front fascia remains identical to the standard Creta 2020 while it receives complete designing overhaul at the rear end. There are rumors that it might come with an extended wheelbase but nothing is confirmed as of now.

Hyundai Creta 7 seater interior cabin, besides the extra third row of seats, will come loaded with several upmarket and premium connectivity features. The upcoming SUV might also boast of a new upholstery with different color combination in order to differentiate from the regular model. Mechanically, it is expected to borrow all the petrol and diesel engines from the current model. Sources have revealed that Hyundai will sell the 7-seater Creta initially in the Indian and Chinese markets. Hyundai Creta 7 seater price is believed to start from Rs 12 Lakhs onwards and going as high as Rs 19 Lakhs for the top-end model. The company is expected to launch the 7-seater Creta in the first quarter of 2021 in India.
