The Creta facelift for India differs significantly from the model that has been sold in international markets for the past few years, starting with the design. The front fascia of the SUV built for India is more angular than that of the facelifted Creta, which is sold in certain international markets and is modeled after the Tucson. The SUV built for India features a sizable rectangular grille with a divided LED lightbar extending along the top edge. The main headlamps are positioned lower on the bumper, which gives the SUV a more muscular appearance by prominently displaying a faux skid-plate element. Notable updates also come to the back, including a redesigned tailgate and a slimmer taillight complete with a light bar. There is also noticeable cladding and a skid plate element on the back bumper.
A redesigned dashboard and other notable interior improvements are also included. Similar to the Seltos redesign, the 2024 Creta now has a central touchscreen and a widescreen display mounted above the dashboard that houses a digital instrument cluster. Soft-touch materials are also heavily used on the dashboard, which also has newly designed air conditioning vents and new air conditioning system controls located low on the center console.
