Hero MotoCorp India has relaunched its famous Vida V1 Plus electric scooter in the Indian market. In the company’s lineup, the V1 electric scooter is placed below the Vida V1 Pro. The new model is available at a price of INR 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). The portable charger and the FAME II subsidy are included in this price.
Hero unveiled its first premium Vida e-scooter in two variants: Plus and Pro. Later, the Vida V1 Plus was discontinued from the Indian market. Now, the brand has re-launched the Plus version in India. In terms of design and features, both electric scooters share the same features and designs. The only significant changes are in range and performance. The new prices make the V1 Plus INR 30,000 cheaper than its sibling variant, i.e., the V1 Pro.
In India, state governments are contributing to the adoption of green mobility by providing additional subsidies. Customers in Delhi can buy the Vida V1 Plus at an affordable price of around INR 97,800 (ex-showroom). The Vida V1 Plus rivals the likes of the Ola S1 Air, Ather 450S, Simple Dot One, Bajaj Chetak, and S1 X+.
