Kunal Khemu adds BMW R 1250 GS to his bike collection of Harley-Davidson Roadster and Ducati Scrambler

Go Goa Gone star Kunal Khemu has added the stunning BMW R 1250 GS to his bike collection. The actor clicked a picture with the new prized possession and shared the image on his Instagram page. One of the most promising actors in Bollywood, Kunal made his entry as a child actor in the hindi movie Raja Hindustani. Kunal is a bike enthusiast and this is further established by his Instagram account that is filled with snaps of him riding exotic superbikes. Kunal also happens to own a Ducati Scrambler apart from the newly-purchased adventure tourer. Certainly happy with the new acquisition, Kunal Kemu took to Instagram to share his happiness of the first ride with BMW R 1250 GS




BMW R 1250 GS price starts from Rs 20.45 lakhs (ex-showroom), while the adventure tourer variant retails at Rs 22.35 lakh (ex-showroom), India). Launched last year, the model comes to the Indian market via the Completely Built-Up route (CBU). Feature wise, the two-wheeler offers a new 6.5-inch TFT display with smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth support. There is a revamped LED headlamp and DRLs giving a new stylish appearance to the bike. Further standard equipment on board include ASC (Automatic Stability Control), HSC (Hill Start Control), two riding modes namely Rain and Road. The German manufacturer is also providing additional touring package that includes keyless ride, cruise control, centre stand, Dynamic ESA, case holder on both left + right sides. While the dynamic package consists of DRL's, gear shift assistant pro, riding modes pro and LED turn Indicator. 




Talking about the performance, BMW R 1250 GS is powered by a 1254cc air liquid-cooled four-stroke flat-twin engine. The adventure tourer delivers an impressive performance of 134 bhp of power and 143 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a constant-mesh 6-speed gearbox with helical gear teeth. It comes with dual discs in the front and single disc brake towards the rear. The bike can clock a top speed of 200 kmph. BMW R 1250 GS kerb weight stands at 249 kgs with the fuel tank capacity of 20 litres.
