To enhance the customer experience Audi India has announced that the company is going to offer a complimentary 10-year Roadside Assistance (RSA) Program for its customers.

On Thursday, Audi India declared that the company is going to offer a complimentary 10-year Roadside Assistance Program for its customers. This offer is valid only for new car deliveries that were made from October 1, 2023, at no additional cost. Audi has provided roadside assistance (RSA) numbers: 1800-103-6800 and 1800-209-6800. In case of an emergency, customers can contact the company at the given numbers.

This roadside assistance program provides 24×7×365 service to the customers. It helps the customers by aiding in the delivery of fuel, transportation, spare keys, vehicle custody and storage, specially designed towing platforms, and on-site repairs. In case anyone’s vehicle breaks down, Audi India will aid in travel and accommodation arrangements. The 10-year Roadside Assistance Program emphasizes Audi India’s customer-centric approach.
