Indian Automotive Industry is going through one of the biggest challenges in recent years with the transition to BS6 Emission Norms. Automobile firms had just 3 years to switch over  from BS4 to BS6. As a result, Bajaj Auto recently completed the transition of Pulsar motorcycle series from BS4 to BS6. Today,  Bajaj Auto launched the Platina 110 H-Gear BS6 at Rs 59, 802 (ex-showroom), Delhi. The BS6 Platina 110 H-Gear is available only in a single disc thus signalling the discontinuation of the drum brake variant.
