The NS200 naked bike and the RS200 are now BS-IV compliant; NS200 gets new paint schemes and body graphics.

Bajaj has brought back the naked street bike, the NS200 and it is now BS-IV emissions compliant. The faired RS200 has also been tweaked to be BS-IV compliant.

The 200NS gets new body graphics and Graphite Black, Mirage White and Wild Red paint schemes. The engine, a 23.52hp, 18.3Nm, 199.5cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine which also powers the RS200 and the KTM Duke 200, remains unchanged. The telescopic front suspension, rear monoshock and 280mm and 230mm front and rear brake discs are also the same. It is, however, 6kg heavier at 151kg. The extra weight could be a result of modifications made for BS-IV compliance.

The reintroduction of the NS200 to a segment packed with 200cc premium bikes like the KTM Duke 200, the TVS Apache RTR and the soon-to-be-launched Yamaha FZ25, will make choosing a bike in this segment quite a task.

Price details:

Bajaj Pulsar 200NS price - ₹96,453 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

Bajaj Pulsar RS200 price - ₹1,21,881 (ex-showroom, Delhi)
