Bengaluru-based two-wheeler maker Bounce Infinity has announced a price reduction on its E1+ electric scooters available in the Indian market. The EV maker has slashed the price of the electric scooter by INR 24,000. The discount offer applies to all E1+ electric scooters available in the country, and it is valid until March 31, 2024. After the price cut, the Bounce Infinity E1+ is now priced at INR 89,999 (ex-showroom). Earlier, the e-scooter was priced at INR 1.13 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Bounce Infinity E1+ electric scooter comes with removable batteries that can be fully charged like a mobile phone via a 15-amp wall socket. The e-scooter utilizes a liquid-cooled battery, which is aimed at enhancing the overall performance of the scooter under different conditions. The E1+ scooter has an extended range and a quick charging system.
Powering the Infinity E1+ is a 2.2 kW electric motor that offers a high speed of 65 kmph. Additionally, the electric two-wheeler comes equipped with 2 kWh of lithium-ion NMC batteries. The brand claims that the batteries are certified under the latest IAS 156 battery standard, and on one charge, they provide a range of 85+ km as per IDC.
In India, Bounce Infinity currently has over 70 dealerships and is quickly growing its presence. The company has now joined other EV manufacturers who have announced price reductions on their models. In India, several two-wheeler makers, like Ola Electric, Ather Energy, and iVoomi, are also offering discounts on their scooters.
