CFMoto has launched the BS6 version of 300NK in the Indian market. This is the first BS6-compliant motorcycle from the Chinese brand. It is priced at Rs 2.29 Lakhs (ex-showroom). This is the same price at which the Streetfighter was launched in 2019. The most affordable bike from the Chinese brand will rival the likes of the KTM 250 Duke.
Cosmetically, the BS6 300NK retains the silhouette of its BS4 counterpart. The bike gets a sporty look. Upfront, it features a low-slung full-LED headlamp. In addition, it gets a muscular fuel-tank with extensions, an underbelly exhaust, and a stepped-up seat. Besides these, the updated bike also features a rear fender mounted number plate and a digital instrument console. The bike rides on 5-spoke alloy wheels. Also, it has a fuel tank capacity of 12.5-litre followed by a kerb weight of 151 kgs.
Talking about the new engine specification, it uses the same 292cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected motor which churned out 26 bhp power and 25 Nm peak torque in its BS4 guise. Suspension duties are handled by upside-down telescopic forks upfront and a mono-shock setup towards the rear. In terms of the brakes, the updated bike gets discs on both wheels coupled with dual-channel ABS.
