BS6 Tata Harrier Bookings Open, Launching at Auto Expo 2020

BS6 Tata Harrier with automatic transmission will be launched tomorrow at the Auto Expo 2020. The automatic gearbox will be available in XMA, XZA & XZA+ variants of the Harrier.

Tata Motors has cleared the air concerning BS6 complaint Harrier that is to launch tomorrow at the Auto Expo 2020. The home-grown automaker has announced that it has started accepting bookings at an initial amount of Rs 30,000 for this SUV ahead of its introduction. As claimed earlier by the media, BS6 Tata Harrier is said to now come equipped with an automatic transmission on-onboard.

Built on the OMEGARC platform, Tata Harrier automatic offers a new dynamic Calypso Red Colour alongside the existing range of paint job. BS6 Tata Harrier will feature next generation Kryotec170 Diesel engine. This unit can produce a power output of 168Bhp and comes matted to a 6-speed Automatic Transmission. The automatic gearbox will be available in XMA, XZA & XZA+ variants of the Harrier. On the safety front, Tata Harrier automatic will come equipped with ESP as standard across all variants. The company is believed to have thrown in a panoramic sunroof as well within the package.
