Coronavirus Pandemic is sweeping across the globe with India also severely affected by it. With over 5,000 citizens affected and 120 plus citizens losing their lives, COVID-19 outbreak is hurting the community and economy alike. Educating the people about the virus is the primary concern of govt. healthcare departments and organizations. Citizens are doing their bit to help the stretched govt. resources by aiding in awareness campaigns at the grassroots level. One such individual by the name of Kanyaboyina Sudhakar of Sudha Cars Museum in Bahadurpura. He is actively involved in spreading the information about the Coronavirus with the help of a ‘Corona Car’.
“The spread of COVID-19 has to be contained. I have designed the car in the shape of the virus which is depicted popularly so that awareness can be spread on social distancing by the public,” Sudhakar told a leading English daily on Tuesday. The car is powered by a 100cc engine and is a one-seater car. Designed like a virus, Kumar intends to draw the people attention and inform about the different preventive measures for COVID-19. It took 10 days for Kumar to develop the green coloured and round-shaped car with 'Sudha car' printed at the back.
The car will be on the Hyderabad roads to spread awareness and inform the public about the dangers of the deadly virus. Sudhakar has made similar cars with unique designs like Condom, burger, shoe, helmet, toilet car among others. Sudha Cars Museum displays Kumar’s variety of quirky car models designed to evoke interest from the public.
