Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally launched today in India. Ducati is expanding its Multistrada V4 line-up. The V4 Rally has enhanced off-road capabilities; it is made for long journeys and for exploring more adventurous moments. The Multistrada V4 Rally comes with a redesigned windshield and elongated tail; these features show that the comfort of the riders is the main aim behind the advancements made in the motorcycle. For the red color scheme, the starting price is INR 29.72 lakh (ex-showroom), and for the top-line Matt Black variant, the price is INR 30.03 lakh (ex-showroom).
Most of the design features of the other variants have been retained by the Multistrada V4 Rally, such as a big tank shroud with sleek vents, a muscular fuel tank, a two-piece seat, and a two-piece headlight. The Multistrada V4 Rally comes with a bigger 30-litre fuel tank that gives an expanded range between refuels. The new Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally is different from the other variants available on the market. The V4 Rally now sits 230 mm above ground as the ground clearance has been increased. The motorcycle is equipped with a newly designed windscreen and revised luggage mounts to provide additional space for the pillion. With 200mm of travel, the V4 Rally gets an electronic Marzocchi-sourced Skyhook suspension on both ends.
The Multistrada V4 Rally launched today has safety features like Blind Spot Detection, ABS Cornering, Wheelie Control, Cornering Lights, Traction Model, a 6.5-inch TFT cluster with map navigation, and Adaptive Cruise Control. Features like the Enduro Riding Mode and Power Mode improve the motorcycle for off-road usage.
The Ducati Multistrada V4 Rally launched is equipped with a 1,158-cc liquid-cooled V4 engine that churns out 170 hp and 125 Nm of peak torque, mated to a six-speed gearbox. The chassis of the V4 Rally features tubeless spoke rims and a monocoque aluminum frame.
The two-wheeler giant confirmed that, so far, the company has not registered any incidents caused by the defective suspension strut.
