In the initial phase, there will be 48 authorised workshops.

In a bid to transform the ownership experience of Jeep and Fiat owners, FCA’s Mopar brand will function as its aftersales service and customer care division across the globe. It will provide genuine accessories and spare parts for vehicles sold under the various FCA brands.

The Mopar brand will initially focus only on aftersales service, but will later expand to sell performance parts, however, the focus will be on Jeep alone. At each outlet, customers can opt for maintenance plans, accessories and merchandise, along with specialised packages for tyres and batteries. The Compass comes with a three-year/1,00,000km warranty but customers can also opt for various extended-warranty plans.

In the first phase, the company plans to open 48 authorised Mopar workshops across the India subcontinent. All existing Fiat and Jeep service outlets will most likely to be rebranded.
