Ford Freestyle Gets Minor Updates Ahead Of The Festive Season

Ford Freestyle gets updated with new features, is now well equipped ahead of the festive season.

To attract more buyers, Ford has given its Freestyle a few minor updates ahead of this festive season. The Freestyle is now available in a new exterior paint called Ruby Red. The ORVMs of the car will now be body coloured and the adjustable rear headrest will come as standard fitment.

Apart from the above, there are no other changes to the car. The Freestyle is available with two engine options – 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol unit which makes 96 HP and 120 Nm of torque or the robust 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, diesel engine that churns out 100 HP and 215 Nm of torque. Both these engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The updated Freestyle is now priced between Rs. 5.23 lakhs – Rs. 7.89 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Ford Freestyle competes with the Maruti Ignis and the Tata Tiago NRG.
