The car will be based on the facelifted Figo.

Ford is working on a mid-cycle update for the Figo twins that will launch in 2018. The image of the car caught testing shows us what could possibly be a Cross variant – it’s wearing a prominent black cladding across its length. The car is also wearing stylish black-painted alloy wheels.

The Ka Trail, a cross-hatch based on the Ford Ka (knowns as the Figo in India), is already on sale in markets like South America. Ford could most probably be readying an India entry of this model as well, but based on the updated Figo hatch.

The refreshed Figo line-up and the Aspire compact sedan, will feature the company’s new Dragon petrol engines and the cars will also come fitted with an updated dash with a touchscreen.
