It is expected that the Indian vehicle market will definitely see the face of this all new-generation Skoda Superb soon. And this new Skoda Superb will be manufactured in Slovakia rather than Czech Republic.

The fourth-generation Skoda Superb is at last revealed globally after getting all teased up for so long. Skoda has updated the model and underlines them as ‘clever’ and is aiming to surge the convenience quotient of the car model. The 2024 Skoda Superb is basically a facelift version of the existing model which pin points updates made to the exterior body along with savvy upgrades in its body dimensions. 

It is expected that this new-generation Skoda Superb sedan will begin delivering at dealerships in selected markets from next year onwards. But, this wait will actually be quite worth it as the carmaker is making huge promises in both the liftback saloon as well as the estate version.

4th-generation Skoda Superb Exterior Details

To present the model with more of a sleeker look, all of the body panels have been upgraded to make a notable shift. The front grille in this updated version is wider but LED Matrix beam headlights are now much slimmer and sleeker. The bumper is also upgraded with a chrome strip updated as a headlight. And if we talk about dimensions of the car, the 2024 Skoda Superb sedan is now longer by 43 mm, 12 mm taller in height and has an augmented drag coefficient figure of 0.24 cd. The versions are upgraded in terms of boot space which has been increased as well.

4th-generation Skoda Superb Interior Details

The 2024 Skoda Superb gets a newly called Virtual Cockpit which is decoded as a 13-inch primary infotainment system and a 10-inch driver display. Alongside, the model equips a Head-up Display, seat ventilation, drive modes, zoom levels for navigation, a rotary push-button to control air conditioning, and AV volume. There is enough accentuation on sustainable materials and the brand says that interior textiles are made from 100% recycled polyester. Though the model is not exactly leather-free but brand emphasizes a new and eco-friendly tanning process done using coffee beans.

4th-generation Skoda Superb Engine Details

If we talk about the technical specifications of this Skoda Superb model, the carmaker has gone all out and will now provide this new Skoda with diesel, petrol, plug-in hybrid, and hybrid technology. There are two power outputs for the petrol engine: 201 horsepower and 261 horsepower. There are two power outputs for the diesel engine: 148 horsepower and 190 horsepower. And all the versions of 2024 Skoda Superb will come equipped with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox.
