Harley-Davidson announced that it has updated the Pan America 1250 adventure tourer motorcycle. The two-wheeler maker entered the adventure tourer segment back in 2021 with the 1250 bike. Harley has now launched a new variant named Pan America CVO internationally. The new 1250 CVO motorcycle comes with new cosmetic changes and updated features. The auto giant has not revealed whether the new Edition will be unveiled in the Indian market or not.
The motorcycle manufacturer has updated its premier motorcycle with Custom Vehicle Operations (CVO). The new Edition gets a series of updates incorporating a bidirectional quick shifter, a distinctive paint job, and a free set of luggage and protective gear. The Pan America CVO bike comes equipped with features like heated grips, auxiliary LED lighting, and an adaptive headlamp. The semi-active suspension integrated into the bike can be adjusted electronically. The motorcycle gets a skid plate that is mounted below the unit to guard it while the bike is off-road, and the manufacturer is also providing a radiator guard. The ride height can also be adjusted. For clutchless shifts, the bike gets an up-and-down quickshifter. The motorcycle has tubeless spoked rims and hard luggage panniers, along with a top box that has a passenger backrest.
To commemorate the 25th anniversary of the motorcycle, Harley-Davidson has unveiled the CVO version in orange livery. A few parts of the main frame are also colored orange, whereas the handlebar grips and seat also have a CVO badge. The Harley-Davidson CVO is powered by the Revolution Max 1250 engine. The engine can churn out 148 bhp of maximum power at 8,750 rpm and 129 Nm of peak torque output at 6,750 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed unit gearbox.
