Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 will be offered in two variants - Standard and Special.

Harley Davidson is all set to debut Pan America 1250 in the country anytime soon. The American Motorcycle company has been teasing the adventure tourer for quite some time now. It will be offered in two variants - Standard and Pan America Special.

In terms of features, the upcoming Pan America 1250 will come equipped with a 6.8-inch touch-sensitive full-color TFT screen, hill-hold control, cornering ABS, cruise control, riding modes, and lean-sensitive traction control. Besides these, the ADV is also expected to get an adaptive ride height (ARH) as an option. The top-end Special variant will get adaptive headlights and tyre pressure monitoring system.

The Pan America 1250 is powered by Harley's new 1252cc Revolution Max V-twin engine that churns out a maximum power of 150 bhp at 9000rpm and a peak torque of 127 Nm at 6750rpm. The motor is mated to a 6-speed gearbox coupled up with a slipper clutch. The Revolution Max basically uses modern tech like liquid-cooling, double overhead camshafts, variable valve timing, and four-valve cylinder heads.  Braking duties are taken care of by a new radial monoblock four-piston caliper. The bike gets 320mm dual rotors at the front and a 280mm single rear rotor at the rear end. Talking about the suspensions, Pan America 1250 gets a fully adjustable Showa USD fork and mono-shock.

As of now, we have no information regarding the Indian pricing. In the global market, the Standard variant of the bike is retailed at £14,000 (Rs 14.25 lakh),

while the Special trim is priced at £15,500 (Rs 15.78 lakh).
