The Indian buyers can also customize Hero Splendor Plus Black Edition with graphics

Hero Motocorp is introducing new products as we enter the festive season. Today, Hero Splendor Plus Black and Accent Edition has been launched in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 64,470 (Ex. Showroom, Delhi). The Splendor has achieved huge popularity in the domestic market due to low maintenance and competitive pricing. In a segment-first offering, the homegrown manufacturer is giving buyers the option of customizing their Splendor Plus Black Edition with their choice of graphics.

The manufacturer organized a nationwide competition named ‘Hero CoLabs’ to select the best three graphic designs for the new Splendor Plus bike. The best designs were selected out of thousands of entries. The selected themes are available for the buyers to install on their new motorcycle. The three design themes are Beetle Red, Firefly Golden and Bumble Bee Yellow. All three graphic themes are priced at Rs 899 while available at all authorized Hero Motocorp dealerships. The complete kit consisting of graphics, D Hero Logo and Rim Tape is also available at a cost of Rs 1,399. One can also purchase the Splendor Plus Black Edition without any graphics also.

Malo Le Masson, Head of Strategy, Hero MotoCorp said, “This is an excellent example of Hero MotoCorp’s new Vision and Mission of moving ahead with a collaborative approach and achieving synergy between the digital and physical world. Within five months, we have put the winning designs, from the contest, into production and made them available to our customers. We will continue to bring more such creative initiatives in the future.”

Hero Splendor Plus Black and Accent Edition comes in ‘All-Black’ theme with tyres, engine and chain cover all in black finish. One can further increase the style quotient with a 3D Hero logo which is sold as an accessory.
