Hero MotoCorp’s electric brand, Vida, has announced a substantial year-end discount of up to INR 31,000 on the Vida V1 electric scooter. As the calendar year comes to an end, various auto giants are offering year-end discounts on their vehicles to attract more buyers. The automaker is also ending this year with a surprise for enthusiasts of environmentally friendly commuting.
The automaker is offering various benefits, including an exchange bonus, cash benefits, an extended battery warranty, a loyalty discount, and more. The offers are only available until the end of December. The Vida V1 e-scooter is a symbol of the brand’s dedication to sustainable mobility. The scooter is now being offered with enticing year-end discounts. The new move by the automaker not only attracts potential buyers but also aims to promote sustainable mobility.
The Vida V1 e-scooter now comes with an extended battery warranty of up to INR 8,259. Customers will also get an exchange bonus worth INR 5,000, a loyalty discount of INR 7,500, and a cash discount of INR 6,500. Hero is also offering a corporate discount of INR 2,500 on the electric scooter. Buyers can get their hands on a subscription plan worth INR 1,125. The company is providing attractive finance schemes like zero percent processing fees on EMIs and loans beginning at INR 2,429 and a low interest rate of 5.99 percent.

The Vida V1 e-scooter is available at a price of INR 1.26 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the V1 Pro comes at a price of INR 1.46 lakh (ex-showroom). The V1 comes with a claimed range of 110 km and a high speed of 80 kmph. The V1 can go up to 0-40 kmph in just 3.2 seconds. The DC charger equipped in the scooter enables fast charging that tops up the battery from 0 to 80 percent in 65 minutes. The electric scooter comes equipped with removable batteries, which makes it stand out from scooters like the Ola S1 Pro and Ather 450X.
Hero MotoCorp declared that the Vida scooters will also be launched in the European market in 2024. The V1 will be unveiled in coupe and standard versions in Spain, France, and later in the UK. For the Vida V1 electric scooter, the company has teamed up with NBFCs and banks incorporating Ecofy, Hero FinCorp, and IDFC. Hero MotoCorp has made its mark in the competitive two-wheeler segment in India with the Vida V1. The brand sold 3,030 units of the scooter in November, registering a growth of 57 percent. Last year, it sold 1,935 units in the same month.
