Hyundai i10 is the company's fourth performance-oriented N Line model in total.

Hyundai has been readying a sportier version of the i10 hatchback for the various international markets. Now, for the first time, Hyundai i10 N has been spotted in flesh without any camouflage. It is the fourth company model to get N Line treatment while expected to go on sale around August this year in the European markets. As far as India is concerned, Hyundai i10 has already been discontinued in the country and instead the Grand i10 Nios is available in its place but it is not expected to get an N Line variant.

As for styling, the first-ever model of Hyundai i10 N Line takes cues from the other vehicles of high-performance Hyundai N brand. The hatch gets a revamped set of bumpers at front with skid place and at rear with a diffuser. In addition, it flaunts a single-slat front grille with diagonal LED DRLs while riding on distinctively designed 16-inch alloy wheels. The twin exhaust pipes sum up the styling of Hyundai i10 N Line. The South-Korean automaker has made use of red color extensively with the N line model at places like skid plate, diffuser, front grille, wheels and even on the i10 emblem at the X-shaped C-pillar. The front fenders and grille also boast of the N Line badges.

Talking about the cabin, it comes with a perforated leather finished steering wheel, unique upholstery and new gearshift lever. The hatch will also get metal pedals finished in brushed metal and slip-resistant rubber pads. The exclusive bits on the inside will be the N logo on the steering wheel, gear shift lever and seat covers, while red stitching will be there alongside the red air vent rings. Mechanically, it will be powered by the same 1.0L 3-cylinder turbocharged T-GDi petrol engine which also does duties to the India-spec Grand i10 Nios, albeit with some re-tuning. The engine will develop 99bhp at 4500rpm and 172Nm at 1500rpm while mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The power is sent to the front wheels.
