Honda has unveiled the all-new CBR650R and it replaces the CBR650F.

Global two-wheeler giant, Honda has unveiled the all-new CBR650R. The middle-weight sports bike CBR650R replaces the CBR650F. The new bike gets cosmetic changes and mechanical tweaks.

The CBR650R gets a very much similar styling to the mighty CBR1000RR Fireblade. There are sharp and belligerent lines all across the body of the bike. The slim all LED dual headlamps give the front of the bike a unique appeal.

The extended side fairings and shorter rear-section have helped the new bike to shed some weight. The clip-on handles of the bike have been moved forward by 30 mm and the footpegs are now a bit placed higher and rear-set. With all these changes, the rider now sits in a much sportier position.

The motorcycle is powered by the same 649cc inline four-cylinder engine, but it has been tweaked to give a power output of 93 BHP and 64 Nm of torque. It also comes with a traction control system which Honda markets as Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) system. Honda is expected to bring this bike to the Indian market by mid-2019.
