The all-new baby NSX could be powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged engine.

There are no official details yet, however, patent sketches filed by Honda with the European Union Intellectual Property Office show the exterior and interior of the new sportscar. This car will most probably be powered by a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged engine, similar to the Civic Type R. The engine will also be paired with dual electric motors.

The car may feature a Formula One-inspired steering wheel and bucket seats. The interior could mirror the current-gen NSX, and the same high-tech dashboard concept developed by Acura in 2016 may feature here as well.

Rumours say that Honda is planning to expand its NSX range even more in the future – the Type R, convertible and all-electric variants may all be part of the company’s plan.
