Hyundai already offers cars that come with segment first or segment defining features.

4. Performance on tap

The Venue will come with three engine options. The diesel one will be the same 1.4-litre unit that powers the Creta and the Verna and will be mated to a 6-speed manual ‘box. The petrol will have two options: a 1.4-litre 100 bhp unit and a smaller 1.0 turbo-petrol unit that will come mated to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic. The latter is the one to watch out for!
