A rise of Rs 20,000-50,000 across variants is due to increasing input and distribution costs.

The company has raised prices of its D-Max pick-up truck by about 2-3 percent, depending on the variant from September 1, 2018. The S-Cab and Regular Cab versions are sold as commercial vehicles, while the V-Cross (Rs 14.32 lakh) and V-Cross High (Rs 15.82 lakh) are passenger vehicles.

Prices for the commercial models will rise by about Rs 20,000, while the lifestyle pick-up’s price tag will go up by Rs 50,000. The increase in prices is due to increasing output and distribution costs.

Isuzu’s recently rolled out its 10,000th vehicle, which was a D-Max V-Cross, from the brand’s SriCity plant, marking a milestone for the Japanese company.
