Jawa Roadside Assistance Introduced for Perak, Classic and 42 Customers

Jawa launches Roadside Assistance for all three motorcycles to improve customer experience

Classic Legends owned Jawa Motorcycle India had launched three motorcycles namely Jawa Classic, Jawa 42, and Jawa Perak. Recently, the company introduced fully loaded Roadside Assistance (RSA) for its customers. The main aim behind launching the RSA is to enhance the riding experience and provide assistance to the customer whether at home or while riding. This service is available for all the three motorcycles.

Roadside Assistance gives you the benefit of getting your motorcycle repaired right away or towing it to the service station in a safe manner. Also, this service is only applicable in case you are not able to take your two-wheeler to the nearby dealership or workshop. Furthermore, the service will be available in the brand’s network across the country. One can easily reach RSA via a toll-free contact centre, The toll-free service option operates 24/7 with coverage provided for up to 100 kms. 

Jawa introduced RSA towards the end of May 2020 but the implementation is happening now due to COVID19 Pandamic. Services under Roadside Assistance include roadside repair, at-home repair, fuel assistance, retrieval of lost keys, fixing a dead battery, fixing a flat tyre, and minor repairs. They will also help to tow the motorcycle and relay urgent messages in case of a breakdown. Furthermore, Jawa’s RSA is also providing medical coordination. The company will be putting limitations on these services as to how many times a certain RSA offering can be availed during a year of usage. Also, there is no clarification on whether the services that require more time than designated will be chargeable or not. 

As far as the pricing is concerned, the Roadside Assistance will be available on a yearly basis. It will be priced in the range of Rs 1000 - Rs 1300 per year. Apart from this, the company recently started the deliveries of Jawa Perak. However, there is no information on how many motorcycles have been delivered till today.
