If you are not pleased with Kia Carnival within the first 30 days of its purchase, return it to Kia

Kia India has introduced an industry-first ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for the Carnival MPV in the country. As a part of this scheme, the buyers can return the Carnival to the company if they are not pleased with it within the first 30 days of its purchase. This initiative is valid on all the variants of the MPV. The scheme will cover 95 percent of the ex-showroom cost and overhead cost incurred for the registration and finances, etc. of the vehicle. Kia Carnival is priced in a range of Rs 24.95-33.95 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom).

The eligibility criteria for the ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is that the buyers need to ensure that the vehicle has clocked not more than 1,500 kilometers from the purchase date and is completely free of damages, failures, pending claims, to be able to return the car. Moreover, the owner's agreement for the transfer of the vehicle including all documentation & charges etc. in the name of a person will be obligatory. Also, the vehicle should be free from any HP and the NOC should be submitted from the financier's end. Being originally introduced at the 2020 Auto Expo, Kia has sold over 6200 units of the Carnival till date in India. It is available in three trims namely Premium, Prestige and Limousine with multiple seating configurations of 7, 8 and 9.

The range-topping Limousine variant has accounted for more than 60 percent of the overall sales of the MPV. Speaking on the industry-first initiative, Mr. Tae-Jin Park, Executive Director & CSBO, Kia India, said, “Last month, we introduced our new brand purpose of inspiring consumers through products and services, and their experiences with the brand. The ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times. The growing popularity of our class-leading MPV has been extremely encouraging for us and this initiative aims to enhance customer belief in Kia Carnival even further.”
