BS6 Mahindra Bolero Interior Images Leaked.

The Mahindra and Mahindra Group is embracing the challenge of adoption of BS6 emission standards with a slew of BS6 emission compliant vehicles arriving at its dealerships. Dealerships receiving the models indicate that the official launch isn’t far away. In one of our earlier stories, Droom informed its readers that 2020 BS6 Mahindra Bolero deliveries will commence from April 2020 with bookings already open at several authorized dealerships.

Now, we have some more information on what the Interior of 2020 Mahindra Bolero BS6 model looks like thanks to the video uploaded by Gyaani Enough. The New Bolero comes with some exciting updates like the revamped grille, LED DRLs, new-look front bumper housing fog lamp units, and a fresh set of tail lights. The vehicle looks far premium than the out going BS4 model due to the addition of black inserts and chrome bits with new headlamps. BS6 compliant Mahindra Bolero is powered by a 1.5 litre three-cylinder diesel engine that generates 71.5 bhp of maximum power output coupled to a five-speed manual transmission. There are minor updates in the New Bolero interior with the same dashboard and hardware continuing over from the older BS4 model. Cabin colour tone is revamped with a latest steering wheel design as a part of the facelift. Other features include power windows, a digital dashboard and music system with Bluetooth connectivity feature.

The variant names of the Bolero BS6 have also been changed from LX, SLE, SLX & ZLX to B4, B6 and B6(O). Prices for the Mahindra Bolero BS6 will definitely increase because of these updates. Bolero first arrived in the Indian market way back in the year 2000 and is a roaring success in the rural market. Mahindra sold around 70,000 Bolero's in 2019 and we can expect the new BS6 compliant Bolero to notch up sales. Deliveries would be delayed considering the Coronavirus epidemic is affecting various manufacturers in India with factory shutdown, supply chain disturbance, registration delays. The expected price of BS6 Mahindra Bolero would be in the range of Rs 8-10 lakhs  (ex-showroom).
