Mahindra & Mahindra has launched the Bolero Neo+ in the Indian market. The new model comes as a three-row sports utility vehicle. Mahindra is offering the Bolero Neo+ in two trims: P4 and P10. The Bolero Neo+ P4 variant is available at an introductory price of INR 11.39 lakh (ex-showroom), while the P10 version is priced at INR 12.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The SUV comes with a 9-seater configuration along with two side-facing seats at the rear and a bench seat in the second row. The new model is INR 1.49 lakh more expensive than the 7-seater Mahindra Bolero Neo. The Bolero Neo+ is all set to compete with the likes of the Force Citiline and the forthcoming Gurkha 5-door.

The auto giant is offering the new SUV in three exterior color schemes: Majestic Silver, Napoli Black, and Diamond White. Inside, the Bolero Neo+ comes loaded with premium Italian interiors, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and a 9-inch infotainment system. The SUV comes with a 2+3+4 seat layout, offering flexibility for both cargo and passengers.

The Bolero Neo+ features the same design as the Bolero Neo except for the bumper at the front, which gets a slightly revamped fog lamp housing. The SUV gets the same muscular and bold look as its sibling. The Neo+ rolls on a new pair of 16-inch alloy wheels. In terms of size, the new model measures 4400 mm in length. It is 405 mm longer than the Bolero Neo, even though the wheelbase hasn’t changed.

For safety, the Mahindra Bolero Neo+ houses premium safety features such as anti-gare IRVM, dual front airbags, reverse parking sensors, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.

Underneath the hood, the Neo+ is powered by a new 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine. The unit churns out 118 bhp of power and 280 Nm of peak torque. The powertrain is paired with a six-speed manual gearbox. For comparison, the standard Bolero Neo draws power from a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces power of 100 bhp and peak torque of 260 Nm.

The CEO of Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd.’s Automotive Sector, Nalinikanth Gollagunta, said, "The Bolero brand has established itself as synonymous with strength and reliability among our customers, consistently surpassing performance expectations. By introducing the Bolero Neo+, we are pledging durability, enhanced features, and heightened comfort, enhancing the driving journey for both families and fleet operators."
