In a major relief for the customers, Indian UV maker Mahindra has now started a service that will make sure retail customers can buy company’s genuine spare parts online. The new service will be provided by Mahindra and Mahindra’s Mahindra Spares Business and has been named M2ALL. Through this service, customers can order the desired spare parts on the website m2all. The website offers online payment facility and the ordered spare parts will be delivered to the customers at their doorstep. This will make the spare part buying process very convenient and with this move, the company aims to simplify and streamline the service process for customers.
The added advantage of this will be that the company can weed out the fake spare parts as the entire process of delivering the parts directly from the maker to the customer will be under the control of Mahindra. As of now, Mahindra has announced that the new online service will serve only 20 cities in the country. However, with the passage of time the company will expand the operational area of M2ALL service, thereby easing and securing the process of spare part delivery to customers from all parts of India.
Upon the launch of the new service by the company, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.’s President and CPO of Powerol & Spares Business, Hemant Sikka said:
At Mahindra we are driven by customer centricity and continuously strive to give the best products and services to our customers. Easy and prompt availability of Mahindra Genuine spare parts is the key to curb the sale of counterfeit parts and ensure safety and optimal performance of our vehicles. I am confident that the easy availability of Mahindra Genuine spare parts online through M2LL.com will greatly enhance our customers’ satisfaction levels.
The M2ALL website works just like any other online shopping portal and customers can find the desired spare parts with the help of a simple search of keywords, categories and numerous filters. The website lists the Mahindra models with their photos so that customers can easily browse and find spares for their model of choosing.
The new service by Mahindra will benefit the customers in a number of ways. Not only will they now be able to buy spares in a more convenient manner, they will also be assured about the quality of the spares as the brand is selling it, and the parts will be delivered to their doorstep. The service of Mahindra cars outside their authorized chain will get easier with availability of spares. This in turn will bring costs down for customers willing to get their car serviced somewhere other than the authorized center. The availability of genuine spares will encourage other mechanics to start their own centers and offer better services with the help of genuine spares from the brand.
With the courts instructing car makers to sell spares directly to the customers, more and more brands are making parts more accessible for customers. Hyundai and Maruti already do the same and now Mahindra has started its online service.
