The new changes are mostly cosmetic and will add to the car’s appeal.

The facelifted Maruti Suzuki S-Cross was recently spotted and we now know a little more of what to expect when it goes on sale. The new features might be exactly what the car needs to help demand, since its sales have been less than impressive. The car has been gracing European roads for a while now but has taken quite a bit of time to make its way to India, so it is exciting to see what new features Maruti has added for India.

The new changes are mostly cosmetic, such as its new larger radiator grille, chrome fittings, refreshed upholstery, projector lamps and LED daytime running lights. Let us take a look at what the new model will offer:

Power
Unlike the global models, the version to be released in India will come with the same 1.3- and 1.6-litre diesel engines that are standard. A petrol variant may be in the works as well.

Features
The new model's design is focused on providing a lot of value to customers. It comes with various features such as a parking camera, Maruti’s Smartplay infotainment system, automatic headlamps, rain sensing wipers, faux side skirts and ORVMs with integrated turn signals. There might be a few more added or removed, but these remain the basic list.

Pricing
No official word is out about the exact pricing, a small bump is expected.

India launch
Maruti has been carefully guarding the details about the launch, so no one knows anything for sure, but it will definitely make its way to India in the coming months.
