Maruti Suzuki is preparing to release the Invicto MPV in the Indian market today, July 5, 2023. This MPV is based on the Toyota Innova Hycross and, although specific details about the car have not been disclosed by Maruti Suzuki, leaked images and official teasers have given us an idea of what to expect from this upcoming vehicle in comparison to the donor car.

In terms of design, the overall layout will remain the same, but Maruti Suzuki will make some exterior modifications. These include a redesigned front bumper featuring two horizontal chrome slats. Spy shots of a test mule also suggest that the plastic cladding around the wheel arches may be removed, and new diamond-cut alloy wheels may be added, which are not present in the Innova Hycross.

At the rear, the Maruti Suzuki MPV is anticipated to have updated LED tail lights with a slightly smoked appearance. The rear design is expected to be mostly unchanged from the Toyota Innova Hycross, except for the replacement of the Toyota emblem with the Maruti Suzuki emblem.

Inside the Invicto, an all-black theme will be featured instead of the dual-tone black and brown theme found in the Innova Hycross. However, the equipment list is likely to remain the same. It is speculated that the Maruti Suzuki Invicto may be offered in a single fully-loaded variant called Alpha+, although to maintain affordability, Maruti Suzuki might exclude a few features from the equipment list.
