McLaren India has upped their game and is all ready to introduce the all-new 720S supercar in the Indian market as its latest offering. The supercar is all set to be launched on 10th January. The company globally unveiled the McLaren 750S in April 2023 as the spiritual upgraded version to the 720S. The 750S differs from other siblings as it is the supreme powerful series-production Mclaren till this date equipped with twin-turbo V8 engine producing high power and peak torque over its other earlier predecessor.
The brand-new McLaren 750S is powered by a 4-L twin-turbo V8 engine with an upped peak output of 740 bhp and maximum torque of 800 Nm. The engine is then mated with the fact that the model is the lightest series-production McLaren road car till now. The British auto giant has been able to slew around 30 kg of the total weight over the 720S with the 750S reaching the weighing scale at only 1,277 kg (dry).

With a remarkable power-to-weight ratio of 579 bhp per tonne, the McLaren 750S can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.8 seconds, 200 to 300 kmph in 7.2 seconds, and 400 kmph in 4.4 seconds. The maximum speed, 331 kmph, is marginally slower. Additionally, McLaren has altered the mechanicals; under the bodywork, the 750S is purportedly nearly 30% newer. A new triple-layer head gasket, higher-pressure turbochargers, lighter pistons, new twin-fuel pumps, and a standard sports exhaust are some of the modifications made to the chassis. The car also receives new alloys with a carbon fiber shell.
In order to enhance overall performance and agility, McLaren also revised the 750S's bodywork. The front track will be 6 mm wider, the steering rack will turn more quickly, the front springs will be 3 percent lighter for a softer feel, and the back springs will be 4 percent stiffer. Additionally, the car receives an upgraded version of McLaren's Proactive Chassis Control system to control body roll and a new brake booster for better pedal feel.
The McLaren 750S is visually distinguished by its larger active rear wing, redesigned front bumper with larger air intakes, and new, sharper LED headlamps. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, Wireless charging, a Bowers and Wilkins music system, Nappa leather upholstery, and a McLaren Control Launcher system with more customizable settings are among the additional feature enhancements for the cabin.
The new McLaren 750S convertible is expected to debut first, followed by the coupe. The supercar will compete against the Lamborghini Huracan and the Ferrari 296 GTB plus-in Hybrid.
